Refund Policy

General Policy

At Aetheria Research Labs, we value client satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality consultancy, workshops, and research services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

 

Consultancy Services

  • Non-refundable Engagements: Consultancy fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Prepaid Services: If a project is canceled before commencement, a partial refund may be issued, less administrative costs.

  • Scope Changes: Adjustments to scope or deliverables will be handled through revised agreements, not refunds.

 

Workshops & Events

  • Cancellations by Client: Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the event.

  • Late Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.

  • Company Cancellations: If Aetheria cancels or reschedules, clients may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session.

 

Research Deliverables

  • Digital Reports: Once delivered, research reports are non-refundable due to their intellectual nature.

  • Errors or Defects: If a report contains significant errors attributable to Aetheria, a corrected version will be provided at no additional cost.

 

Payment & Processing

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Administrative Fees: Certain refunds may be subject to administrative charges.
